I am pleased to announce a new weekly meditation class in Hassocks. Well strictly speaking it will be a "meditation plus" class - we will be using a style known as Yoga Nidra which guides you to a state beyond conventional meditation, a state described as "pure consciousness".The details of the class in Hassocks are as follows:

LEVEL - Suitable for all levels including beginners

Even though this style is know as Yoga Nidra there are actually no postures or movement involved. The whole meditation is practised lying still on the floor.
